what's happening in the workshop
Here you will see projects currently being worked on in the workshop!
Cedar / Ziricote Classical
A beautiful set of ziricote on this guitar. The rosette is some cherry blossoms, and the guitar will have an armrest.
It is a 640mm scale classical guitar with my own bracing pattern.
Cedar / Purpleheat Classical
One of the funkiest sets of purpleheart I have ever seen! This guitar will have a bevel scoop.
It is a 650mm scale classical guitar with my own bracing pattern.
Spruce + Cedar / Pink Ivory Classical
My first time building a guitar with a spruce and cedar combo top. Matched with Pink Ivory for the back and sides, and armrest, and premium custom made Rodgers machine heads.. Will be a very unique guitar!
It is a 640mm scale classical guitar with my own bracing pattern.
Cedar / Etimoe Lattice
Made with a very uncommon African timber called Etimoe, this is a cedar lattice guitar I am making as a workshop guitar.
All of my guitars are made to order for clients all over the world, so I almost never have guitars in the workshop for people to try out when they visit. I have decided to make a few guitars of different styles for the workshop that I would sell and would always have available for people to try. This is the cedar lattice of that group.
It is a 650mm scale with my own lattice bracing.
It will be available to try in the workshop soon, so please let me know if you would like to visit and take it for a test run!
Spruce / Cocobolo Romantic
Made with some of the finest Cocobolo, a small body Torres, Romantic-style guitar.
All of my guitars are made to order for clients all over the world, so I almost never have guitars in the workshop for people to try out when they visit. I have decided to make a few guitars of different styles for the workshop that I would sell and would always have available for people to try. This is the Romantic/small-body of that group.
It is a 640mm scale with my own 'Romantic' bracing pattern.
